Quality Management Specialist
Performs assigned functions to ensure programs are in compliance with COA, State and lead agency standards and NTF policies and procedures. Leads and/or participates in conducting file and procedure reviews and audits. Facilitates training of new staff and offers technical assistance with implementation of policies and procedures as needed. Runs daily and weekly data reports for the Dependency and FAST programs from FSFN to assess the unit and overall agency performance on lead agency contract, State, NTF, and COA report card measures. Completes weekly and monthly agency reports as assigned.
REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
BSW or BA in related human services field and three years child welfare experience required. Word processing skills and knowledge of Excel/Access programs required. Knowledge of Safety Methodology / Child Safety Practice and FSFN is preferred.
