The Adoption Coordinator performs administrative duties, plans and implements strategies to recruit families as adoptive caregivers; conducts home studies on prospective adoptive families; and provides secondary case management services for children with the permanency goal of adoption.
REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related human services field. Master’s degree preferred. Experience in substitute care, foster parent recruitment, licensing and training is preferred. Three years of experience in child welfare services with preference for experience directly with adoption services.
